The cleaning staff did a great job keeping the room tidy and organized.

The parking lot was very cramped, especially during peak hours.

The hotel is located close to just about anything you could need. The staff is friendly and helpful, the grounds are clean and the room was nice for the price.

The rooms don't have irons or ironing boards. Had to make a run to the front desk and grab one from them. Not a biggie, but was surprised. My only real complaint is that the pillows on the bed were round.. like basketballs. They were great for sitting in bed but awful for sleeping. Bring your own pillows!

When I checked in, I faced confusion because my reservation seemed incorrectly recorded. The lighting in the room was inadequate, and several bulbs were burnt out. To, as there were clear signs of cigarette burns everywhere.

The hotel was nice, as for me everything was great! The location was nice and excellent and the services were great. I booked a queen room, it was well-appointed and had central heating, TV set and a work desk. The bed was very comfy, had clean bathroom.

Ask for a room on the upper floors to avoid noise and enjoy a better view.

I found the staff friendly and the room very clean. I genuinely seemed like this hotel could be my go-to choice when visiting the area for its cozy ambiance and warm service. But I did notice that the heating system could use clearer instructions, as it was a bit tricky to manage.

The room was spacious and had two sinks in the bathroom, made getting ready easy. It was super close to the comedy show we attended, just a quick walk away. The bed was comfy, and the tv had plenty of channels to enjoy.

Had a blast with my friends! The hotel was close to the Pro Football Hall of Fame, a must-see, and we also enjoyed some great golfing nearby. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were comfy and clean. Perfect for our group getaway!
